This protocol establishes new measures and lines of work that have been implemented following the instructions recommended by both national and international government institutions.

SAFETY DISTANCE

The safety distance (1.5 metres) recommended by the health authorities is kept.

Please help us keep it.

HYGIENE

We provide sanitizing dispensers around the entire complex.

Please keep your hands clean.

STAFF

Our staff has been properly trained in new practices against Covid-19. If you need assistance, do not hesitate to reach us.

YOUR ROOM

Your room has been disinfected with virucidal products approved by the Ministry of Health, following strict cleaning protocols.

RESTAURANTS

Our restaurant protocols have been updated according to new requirements, so as to ensure the safety of our customers.

POOLS

Our pools have the corresponding chlorinations, guaranteeing the recommended Ph values and taking 3 tests a day. All the hammocks are disinfected and cleaned daily, and are placed respecting the safety distances.

NO SMOKING

Smoking and the use of inhalation devices are not allowed indoors or outdoors unless the minimum distance of 2 m from other customers can be guaranteed.

ENTERTAINMENT

We ensure that our activities maintain safety protocols and distance.

MASK

The use of the mask is compulsory when the distance of 1.5 m cannot be respected.

COMMON AREAS AND ACTIVITIES

Our furniture is arranged keeping the minimum recommended safety distance. Please keep it as it is.

Public bathrooms have a thorough disinfection procedure with approved products.

All surfaces susceptible to contagion will be frequently disinfected throughout the day.

Gel dispensers in all common areas susceptible to contagion.

Most of our activities are outdoors in small groups.

Indoor and/or outdoor table groupings are limited to a maximum of ten people.

We offer more than 100 adapted activities with our entertainment team, so that you can continue enjoying your holiday while we take care of your safety.

The use of masks is required in the entire venue, both in open and closed spaces, excluding the use of masks during the consumption of food or drinks.

In the pools, the use of masks is required when moving or walking around, but it is not so during swimming or while in a hammock.

CATERING: FOOD AND DRINKS

It is required to use hygienic dispensers at the entrance of all our restaurants. It is also advisable to wash your hands with soap and water first.

The use of polyethylene gloves at the entrance is required, as well as subsequent sanitization using gel dispensers. Our team is in charge of sanitizing all the material at your disposal during the service at short intervals.

Exhaustive cleaning and disinfection of all the furniture with disinfectant products approved for this purpose.

Shifts and extended service hours are established to guarantee social distancing.
